Brenda Rudzinski

Brenda Rudzinski is a jazz and contemporary vocalist, songwriter and educator based in Brooklyn, New York. 

Her philosophy as an educator follows the Suzuki Method of teaching by nurturing students in an atmosphere of love and building their self esteem with patience, tolerance, praise and constant, positive reinforcement. Brenda strives to create a musical environment for students where learning and joy coexist. She has maintained her own private vocal studio for the past 10 years and was on the faculty at Further Music School before joining Tone. 

A native of Connecticut, Brenda completed a double-major degree in Vocal Performance and Songwriting from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Additionally, she studied jazz composition at the American School of Modern Music and Le Centre d'Informations Musicales, both in Paris, France. 

An active jazz vocalist and songwriter, Brenda most recently was a featured vocalist at the Central Brooklyn Jazz Festival 2017. She is a signed songwriter with Sony Japan, and her song "Intellectual Lover" shares a spot on Billboards's #1 Jazz Album, Spooky Hotel.
