Andréa is an Operatic Soprano based in Brooklyn. Originally from Houston, TX, Andréa’s passion for music began at 9 years old when she was enrolled in a local children’s choir. Since then, she has found a home and deep purpose in all of her musical endeavors. She served as Choir President in both high school and college, and served as President of her university’s professional music chapter, Phi Mu Epsilon. She has had the privilege of performing in both musicals and operas, and on stages around the world for over a decade.

 

Andréa holds a Bachelor of Vocal Music Education from Oklahoma Christian University, and a Master of Music in Classical Voice Performance and Post-Master’s Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy from New York University’s Steinhardt School. She has regularly performed at the Provincetown Playhouse in Greenwich Village, and looks forward to scheduled virtual performances with theater’s across the country this fall.
