About the event
Celebrate Dr. Suzuki's birthday and join us for the first concert of Tone Academy's 15th Anniversary year!
Ms. Ericka Longo and Ms. Jenny Shaw (violins) and Emile Blondel (piano) will play ALL of Suzuki Book 4, front to back: Seitz concertos, Vivaldi concertos, and the Bach Double violin concerto as the grand finale. You'll also hear the second violin parts, which audiences almost never get to hear. Book 4 is rarely performed start to finish, so this is a special chance for Suzuki families and violin students to hear the pieces they're working toward.
Kids can relax on pillows on the floor (books and quiet drawing welcome!) while grown-ups enjoy chairs. All ages welcome, no musical experience needed.
Free, with a suggested donation of $15 per family. Space is limited to about 30 guests, so please RSVP to save your spot.
Location: Tone Academy of Music, 118 Baxter St, Suite…
